I called and set up a phone interview. They never called at time specified, I called 15 minutes later and they were out of the office. This happened 3 other times! Finally, I spoke with them, and they seemed extremely disorganized. They had no prepared questions and the whole interview was a big mess. They requested I send my coverletter and resume again as they had misplaced it. They then emailed me a .pdf of an application, which was poor quality, and the pages weren't even in the right order (it went something like page 1, 4, 6, 2, 3, 5).
They called a week or so later and said that they forgot to ask me how much I wanted to be compensated. They said that normally they started people at $12/hr, but he'd see what they could offer me and he'd call me back (I had requested a higher wage due to a lot of experience in that field). They didn't call, but a month letter I got a letter in the mail saying I didn't get the job. Then 2 weeks after that, I got the same letter again saying I didn't get the job. Then about a month after that, they emailed me to let me know I didn't get the job.
