Emergent Software PowerBI Developer interview questions

Applied online on Sunday night. Received an email at 10 AM on Monday to complete an online assessment. The email appeared to come from a person but it isn’t and it will never respond to your questions. The test is a 30-40 minute IQ test where you must be recorded on video even though everything is done online and you’re not even speaking. I received an email a week later that I wouldn’t proceed. I have had to do other IQ style tests much harder than this at other companies and got to the next interview stage. NONE of them required being on a webcam. It’s hard not to wonder if they don’t use this as a sly way to discriminate. And yes, this isn’t technically about working for the company itself, but I would be wary of hiring these guys if I were an employer.
