Recruiters seemed knowledgeable and answered all questions accordingly. Also seem to work close with actual employers. Pay is very competetive. Benefits are average. Process starts with shadowing in facility and meeting staff.
The interview was pretty simple. It was mostly the interviewer telling you about the company and “why you should work for them”. There was no scenario questions and you were able to ask any questions you have about the company.

From Recruitment all the way to offer, easy to work with and staff very knowledgeable. Very informative and willing to be flexible with employee needs. Very staff focused, but also realistic with the current needs are of the organization.
