The interview process took place in 3 stages
At the first stage, there was a conversation with HR, we talked for 30-40 minutes about my previous experience, they told me about what the company does, about its values and the project. The conversation was pleasant, and a good atmosphere in the company was immediately felt
At the second stage, I met with the leader of the mobile team. We talked about technologies for about 1.5 hours, about android, kotlin, various libraries. What I liked was that if I didn't know the right answer or answered with blurts, the interviewer always tried to find out the course of your thoughts with leading questions and sometimes said the right answers.
At the third stage there was HR, those leads of the mobile team, those leads of the android team and even the CEO.
The interview was successful and quite calm, there were questions both on soft skills and on the technical side. What pleasantly surprised me was that the questions were about general knowledge of the world's device, something like "How the Internet works" and the like, which every engineer should know regardless of the technology stack and qualifications.
