I applied online. I interviewed at Emma (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Oct 2025
Interview
I received a system-generated email inviting me to an interview. I accepted. 3 hours before the interview I received an email that looked equally system generated saying they had to move the interview to 6 hours later because they had no one to conduct the interview. During the interview we chatted about general marketing stuff, she was friendly but the weirdest part was that none of the emails were signed by anyone (always came from a no-reply email) and she also didn't tell me her name either. I think what eventually guaranteed that I didn't get a second interview was because I called her out on the company's questionable hiring practices. I had noticed that this and other 3 marketing positions kept being reposted during the past 7 months. Linkedin indicated that more than 2,000 people had applied and they were still looking. I asked her what the obstacle was. She didn't like the question. Gave me a non-answer and then ended the call. Very weird. I then got a rejection email that literary said: "This decision is based on what we believe is best for both parties at present. We will be happy to consider applications for new positions again after a period of 6 months".
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Emma (Frankfurt am Main) in Feb 2021
Interview
Very rigorous interview process including 1:1 interviews (4 levels) as well as an online competency test. Lots of mathematical and logical questions. Some good cop/bad cop questions, focus more about personality/adaptability than on experience/skills.
