My interview was very straightforward. They ask the basic 'getting to know you' questions, then move into the situational questions. I can tell they aren't really looking for a 'right or wrong' answer, but rather to see if you are consistent throughout the interview. They tend to notice discrepancies in your stories and can tell if you pad your story a bit.
