I applied online. I interviewed at Emory University (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Straightforward and no surprises. Four rounds completed: one with recruiter, one with group/core team and two with the hiring manager. The process took roughly 6 weeks from start to finish.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Emory University
Interview
I had two initial one on one interviews with two different individuals to start. Then they scheduled me for 7 more interviews with 20+ interviews over a two week span. The interviews were extremely early in the morning (before business hours), and I had no say so in the scheduling. The dates and times were sent to me in a list. The interviews were extremely awkward. I found the interviewers to be ill-informed about the job. A long time later, I’ve heard nothing else from HR or the hiring manager. The whole experience soured me on the organization.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Emory University
Interview
I have had two different interviews at Emory of the last year - both for Director positions. The people I spoke to were pleasant and the process was moving into later rounds. However, Emory seemed to be very elusive when it came to disclosing compensation ranges. I explained that compensation is one of the factors I consider when looking into a role. I also explained I didn't want to waste their time and go through the process if my expectations couldn't be met.
