Very simple interview process. One phone interview followed by one in-person interview. Your panel interview will consist of the hiring manager as well as the CEO of the company. They're looking for personality and character. One the in-person interview is finished they take an average of about 2 weeks to get back to you. They hire sales classes so expect to start with a group of about 3-5 people in your class.
