Got a call from job agency, interview started at correct time. HR given me a form to fill. Interview is taken by Director and GM. Interview started in a very comfortable way with light questions. Asked about three difficulties I faced during designing of an Solar PV system. Overall experience was very nice.

Interview
Initial interview was taken by the consultant hired by EIL. After shortlisting I had first round of telephonic interview with my would be boss. Then I was called in for a 1 to 1 interview with my boss as well the Chairman of the group. As there was many candidates I was told they would get back to me.After few days I got a call again for the final round in which I was cleared and offer letter was issued to me.This is how I got this Job.
