the first step was a video interview and the second step was a face to face interview which was then followed by reference checks. Following this, an offer was made
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Employment Office Australia (Melbourne) in Jan 2018
Interview
Pyschological and skill testing included. Had to demonstrate a mock phone sales call and explain how you would handle certain situations. Interviewed by management.
It was a challenging but not overly difficult interprocess. The managers were very friendly and respectful and assured me it was a great job, despite it not being a great job at all.
I was more impressed by the interview than I was by the actual job.

Interview
I received an Skype interview request which showed like 30 different possible time slots so they must have been meeting with a lot of people. I had a great Skype interview, the lady was relaxed & handled it like a normal conversation which put me at ease.
Then I went through a mental agility test. I didn’t realise till that point that it was also Skype not just the phone. The lady seemed very unkind/distant but I guess she was trying to get through them quickly. It was 50 questions in 15 mins. Reminded me of QCS or the Elevate app. I haven’t done a test like that in so long that I was quite put off. I don’t think I did that well in the test although have always gotten Distinctions/High Distinctions in uni. I don’t know if I’d want to use a test like that as a HR manager but was interesting.
I actually think their company ethos & processes seem great. Might consider using them in the future when I’m working in HR.
