Emterra interview questions

I experienced 2 rounds of interview. 1 round of phone interview with the recruitment manager and another being a video with the Marketing Communications Manager. The video interview was typical and pleasant, however, the initial phone interview was bleak and void of interest, perhaps by design, but unpleasant nevertheless.
