I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enactor (Hertford, England) in Dec 2025
Interview
There was 3 round of interviews: initial 2h, task based + presentation, and a final interview.
The first round was 2h constant questioning and decoding every role in the last 10 years. While the partners were quiet friendly some of their conclusion were a bit quick to conclude that I haven't worked on complicated enough solution.
I didn't like the 2nd round where they asked me to work on a task. I proposed to be real task so they gave me one. Then they couldn't decide on the day of the presentation. I have spent 2 weeks of sleepless nights to prepare structural analysis on their flows, plan how to map, opportunities, customer journeys, interactive prototype and explained everything in a video for them to digest easily. For them to reply that they won't see me - not sure if they watched it either - got a reply in few weeks. Not even thanking me, no feedback, of course no payment either, no appreciation, A bit disappointed
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They kept asking about the industries I worked in? Apparently searching for more retail experience I had some didn't seem enough for them.
Kept asking what is the set up and role responsibility and work in my current company (5000+ employees) with their start up. I tried to explain that this the current set up and how I might not align 100% but this is what I am currently in
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enactor in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds - one phone call, 2 onsite rounds. I was asked general Java questions, error debugging and some general system design questions regarding the architecture the company uses.
It was brief. Basic data structures and algorithm questions. And object oriented questions combined with design patterns. Finally some behavioral questions with iq questions. Overall a basic interview for a fresh graduate.
