Brief phone interview with DM; face to face with DM; interview with 3 team members; Skill Survey had to be completed before final interview with Director. Submitted survey which required 5 references. 2 weeks pass by and no response from the office.

Question 1
Typical chronological review on resume. A red flag was the DM said “it’s more important that personality fits with the team than skills needed for the position.”
The interview process was quick and easy. Several interview levels. Decision in a few days. The interview process was easy. Questions were standard. Included a peer review interview as well.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Encompass Health (Saginaw, TX)
Interview
I completed 2 phone calls and 2 video interviews. I had to constantly follow up to schedule times and some of them were cancelled last minute. Then I was ghosted and never heard back. Complete waste of time.
What I found most troubling was that HR sent me an email requesting 5 references before either a telephone interview or a face to face meeting. I informed my references to be on the lookout for theEncompass questionnaire which they immediately completed giving me perfect scores. 2 weeks later, no invitation for an interview. A waste of my references’ and my time.
I sent an email to HR commenting on my experience. At least I received an apology...
