Interview
There are 3 rounds of interview which includes HR round and 2 Ops Round. Then there are Salary negotiation if you are selected and gt through. It was a great experience overall will definitely promote others to join in and get the same experience
Good no. of questions from operations,case studies .people management questions from operation people. Stress interview and open ended questions. Questions from work flow Management . New ideas to implement and how would they be implemented.Problems in previous company , what have you done to improve them . why would you like to join us . what would make you consider other options in the industry .What have you heard about our company etc...
