1st Phone interview by Recruiter asked basic question in regards of worked events and size . 2nd physical interview with Operations Manager included questions about experience , equipment used, event participation and capacity of assignment , customer service examples .

The Interview process lasted for about 2-3 months. I applied, heard back 3 days later and scheduled for an interview that same week. I then did not hear back until 6 weeks later saying my interview was successful.
