Interview process took a few weeks. Started with a phone screening discussing experience and education. Moved on to an in person interview with the Director, Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director. Offered the position a couple of weeks after.

What experience do you have in audio visual? Do you have any sales or customer service experience? Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer and how did you resolve the issue?
The interview process was organized and transparent. It included an initial screening, followed by a structured interview that covered previous experience, key competencies, role expectations, and team dynamics, with opportunities for questions throughout the process.

The interview was held at their office location which is typically a resort or hotel chain. Typically not inside the actual sales office - this is a space they provide to the company

It was overall a great experience. It was two rounds, one online and one in person. It was very conversational and friendly. Managers also cared about your personal expectations and goals.
