Endotronix interview questions

Applied online. Phone interview with HR person. I was told that there were people in the following week that were good candidates for the position, but she wanted to try to get me included. Set up a zoom meeting with the head of the department a few days after the phone interview, with the understanding that the position wasn't offered to anyone yet. Department head told me that they already offered someone the position and were waiting to hear if the offer was accepted. I was kept on the call, and asked questions about a similar position they might be trying to fill. I was already told that I would hear from them regardless. Never heard back.

Round 1: phone screen interview with a recruiter. Round 2: 4 hrs Interview with 4 divisional head include HR Round 3: Asks 3 references ( Recruiter do telephone interview with them). (Lack of communication, You need to do a constant follow up)
