The recruiter joined the interview 10 minutes late and rushed through the entire process, which already set a poor tone. There was no effort to allow for a proper introduction, understand the candidate’s background, or assess cultural fit. The interview focused on a single past experience and quickly turned into a series of repetitive technical questions. Even when clear answers were given, the recruiter seemed to lack understanding of the concepts and kept asking for the same explanations.
Many of the questions were repetitive and not relevant to the role. On top of that, frameworks and requirements were brought up that were never mentioned in the original job posting. Overall, the process felt disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating, and raises concerns about the overall quality of the hiring process.
