I applied through Linkedin. It took +6 months and they contacted me back only through telephone. They required an English language test, which I passed. The interview process stopped after the first video call with HR. Never heard back. My impression : clueless interviewer.

Tell me about yourself. What is your general attitude. Keep talking. They explained how they are very organized by having these agile teams. The call lasted 1 hr and did not touch any of the areas of the job post.
