First interview with hiring manager, 2nd interview with 2 other managers. Questions were typical behavioral questions with some specific questions regarding individual experience. They were all extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. All the interviewers were very down to earth which made me feel excited for the possibility of working with them. Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted after the 2nd interview even after reaching out via email. Some feedback would have been appreciated or a simple "we decided on another candidate" would have been nice. As managers, they could have done a better job communicating and following up. I hope they'll show other candidates that consideration in the future.
