I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EnerDel (Indianapolis, IN)

Interview

The review process was via individual (Human Resource person) and through a four member technical team or panel. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. The interview was not difficult.

Asked about use of RTOS and state machines, languages used.

At the panel review I asked THEM about the ownership of the company. They declined to answer. After I got the job interview, I asked the question again to the HR person. They finally confirmed my suspicions that the company is owned by a single Russian billionsair oligarch. I didn't feel comfortable working for such an owner, so I turned down the job offer.
