Tuve una entrevista inicial pero la siguiente entrevista ni siquiera tuvieron la cortesía de cancelar y solo me dejaron esperando la vídeo conferencia, tampoco me contestaron mails, no tiene respeto por los candidatos y su tiempo, creen que es bueno hacer ghosting y si así tratan a los candidatos solo refleja como es el ambiente laboral

Me citaron para un entrevista por videollamada y simplemente me dejaron esperando, la persona reclutadora no se tomó la molestia de cancelar y tampoco contestó mi mail para dar algún tipo de respuesta o seguimiento.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Energizer Holdings
Interview
First was a phone interview with the recruiter then had a second phone interview with the hiring manager. Both went well, so I was asked to come in for a 4 hour face to face interview where I met with five different people. After the interview I was told they should know in the next week or so. Never heard anything after that, even after contacting the recruiter. Would be nice if they didn’t leave you hanging.
