There were three interviews:
1.) HR - standard questions by HR to match my skill set with the business development group
2.) Department head - checked my client management skills
3.) Group head - checked my openness and ability to take on tasks outside of the scope of my department. Educational background is a plus.

Interview
First Interview is with HR. You will discuss your general position, work ethic, and the details of your resume.
Second interview is with the Department Head. It will be a more in-depth discussion about the job and responsibilities and deliverables.
Third interview is with the VP. It will be a careful analysis of your past works/achievements for them to understand your cultural fit in the organization.
