Interview
Three rounds of interviews, back to back to back. One round is with the hiring manager, the other two are typically with someone from leadership, and a manager from a cross-functional team.
Brief, but with many people. All in all it took about two hours with 4 people. Some were virtual, some in person. Nice facility! Didn’t offer much for hybrid work, just one day a week.
Standard 2 round. Phone screen with HR and then brought to company for in-person interview with hiring manager and potentially other directors/managers. The interviewers were very friendly and I had a very comfortable experience.
