The interview was personality based. If you meet minimum qualifications they basically just want to see if you fit in. The company culture is very free wheeling and loose and they pride themselves on a friendly, happy atmosphere where everyone gets along and pulls the same direction. Only one or two questions might be focused on what you will be doing and what you would do to add to the organization. They are heavy on bringing process and efficiency to the organization so focus there and they will most likely be impressed.
