The interview process with EnergyCap was straight forward. Recruiter and then the team. John (my recruiter) was absolutely great to work with and was everything you would expect from a great Recruiter. There were a total of 5 interactions/interviews with the team. All, to me, were necessary to get a full picture of the role. After each interview, I received feedback and next steps. The whole process was easy, straight forward and an enjoyable process.
