Had a phone screening/interview, which was very comprehensive to the experience I have had. Came in about a week later for an in person interview. The interview was very welcoming and open about the job specifics. Was able to meet an immediate supervisor, production manager, and plant manager.

Ask a lot of questions on my previous experiences and how they would align with a job. Waiting to hear back, but this company seems like a very straightforward honest company.
