Interview
- Had an initial phone interview with Jerrod. Went fairly well.
- Was invited for an in-person interview at Enfort's office: I interviewed by both Jerrod & Greg Lynch.
- After a series a questions they asked me, I could tell that I wasn't going to be the fit for the company. We finished up the interview, I thanked them for their time & I never heard from anyone at Enfort ever again.

Interview
A headhunter reached out, saw my previous work experience, & thought I’d be a good fit for this job position. I did a phone interview with the Asst. Director of Acquisitions, first, & then a two-person , in-person interview w/ the aforementioned person & CEO. I could tell neither of them had any architecturally-related experience & I wasn’t far along enough in my career yet to fulfill the level of duties that the position was asking of me. I think we all realized that by the end of the interview that it wasn’t gonna be the right fit for any of us. Welp, that’s what you get when you use a headhunting service to fill positions they know nothing about.

How many home designs have you designed yourself from scratch?
Easy going conversation with 2 people. It was very practical questions that focused on my experience and how I handle situations. Culture fit is important as it seems like they have a very favored culture based on employees experience.
