Interview
1st stage interview with recruiter. Delivered a strong interview, i had 12 years in payments. Received a reply that she Emphasised "card issuing" when it was not in the job spec. Challenged her. and they changed/clarified her position replying that they received candidates with Card issuing experience and i didnt so they wouldnt be moving forward... still doesn't change the fact... if you card issuing but didnt state it on the Job description! weak and poor, wasted my time BE CAREFUL how you reply to candidates that applied based on the JD
