Engaged HR interview questions

Phone interview followed by in person. 4 person panel, rotating questions. Majority of the panel was friendly and gracious. Difficult to connect with owner, she came across abrupt and dismissive, to the point of adversarial. Was quite off putting and unfortunate to experience this. Having been familiar with her work in the HR community, I held her in high regard prior to meeting her.
