I applied online and was later asked to go to allUP to complete an AI interview. This could not be done in a browser, so I had to download an app. The process required recording video answers to various questions that appeared on the screen. There were many questions, and they were not the kind you can answer quickly. The whole experience felt extremely uncomfortable and unnatural. After submitting my answers, I received an email saying that two more questions were missing. At that point, I honestly just dropped it, because AI interviews are a waste of time in most cases, especially when they take more than 30 minutes. I would not mind having a real conversation with an actual person, but not an AI system. Overall, the process left a negative impression because of how inconvenient it was.
