I had a Skype audio call interview with Andrew. He was very nice and seemed engaged in the conversation. However, the questions that he would ask me seemed to be too "poking-and-prodding" in nature. I understand, though, that the reason is that that they were not asking for a demo video, and I did not have a TEFL certificate to show, so he really needed to delve in deep to see my reasons for wanting to work with them. A day later, he ended up offering me a few schools to choose from to work in. However, I declined the offer for another ESL company.
