I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at English Program in Korea (Johannesburg)
Interview
My interview was conducted via Skype - both the microphone and webcam had to be on. The interviewer arrived on time but had a little bit of technical difficulties with his mic for a few minutes. He asked several questions pertaining to my resume, some questions about the application form I had completed beforehand, and then a few general questions about myself and my interest in Korea.

Question 1
The main question that I was asked was about my teaching philosophy.
Interview was quick and simple. My interviewer was very professional and to the point. The questions weren't out of the ordinary. You can find most (if not all) of the questions online.

Question 1
Your co-teacher made a mistake when teaching English to the students. How would you handle the situation?
First I had a video call interview with an EPIK employee who lived in my state. Then, I had a second video with an EPIK person in South Korea. This was a while ago, so I'm not sure if they still do it the same way.
