I was interviewed via Skype. The recruiter was very nice and kind. Questions were fairly easy. Pay attention to pronunciation and grammar explanations. It lasted less than twenty minutes. I got my offer via email about one hour after the interview.

First part you have a 20 minute interview. They ask you very easy questions, basically they just need to see if you are speaking English at all and are you a normal person. There literally no other requirements. Second part of the interview last about 4 hours, you have two 20 min demo classes, if you pass them you stay for orientation, it is also easy.

The interview is conducted like how a typical class will be conducted. You will teach using Daily News or Free Conversation. Aim to be relaxed, well spoken and articulate. Even if you have a B/A use simple language.
