Interview
I had already worked for engro before as an intern. One day, I saw a post on our University's Facebook page asking previous interns of engro to mail their updated CVs on a mailing address. In about a week, I received a call from engro asking me to visit the head-office for the aptitude test. I cleared the test and within another week I got another call inviting me to Daharki Plant for interviews. I was provided the tickets as well. I along with 7 other candidates was invited to the interviews. We were made to stay in the guest house on the day of our arrival and the next day, was supposed to be the interview day. There were 4 interviews conducted the next day by Managers of different departments. Although most of the time was spent waiting for the managers to spare time for us, we finaly were done with the interviews in the evening.

Question 1
Nothing out of the blue. Cliched tell me about your self and tell me about a time when you type questions were asked. Although I was asked some technical questions by the E&I Manager.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth, the panel makes you feel comfortable, the interview consists of mostly technically questions which were basic to your degree. Your confidence will be a big point.
