I was recommended to eni by another person who worked for the company. the interview went very smooth, i should mention that i had courses how to negotiate and pass interviews so i was well prepared. from eni side they are not the best head hunters but the have minimum margin.

Question 1
They asked me if you like American style working!? they meant "free style" being very flexible with it comes to procedures and regulatory documents! and they said it in a way that they are suffering from lot of regulations (more procedures that the actual work).
