The interview process was direct technical round, in which they covered. All aerospace engineering subjects were covered and as well as tools knowledge was tested. Since, i applied for structural CAE engineer, mostly question arouse from aerospace structure. I was supposed to know about FEM.

The hiring process went as follows 1. Had a call with HR for the requirement 2. Got a call letter 3. A Tech Lead / Senior Member conducts Prelim Interview 4. Tool Test on CATIA v5 5. Final Interview with CTO 6. Waiting duration for 1 week 7. Release of offer letter 8. Negotiation of Salary 9. Acceptance of offer.
