O processo seletivo foi mal elaborado. O case da primeira etapa não corresponde com os modelos que a empresa trabalha diariamente, o que nos leva a perder tempo, pois primeiro fazemos um case complementamente random e depois há mais 2 etapas, sendo a última exaustiva.
call with the recruiter, followed by call with Hiring Manager and take home test that was expected to take 9 hours. There was no feedback after the take home test.
There was a phone screening, followed by a Technical assessment. Then a half day of interviews covering cultural topics, problem solving, and coding knowledge and whiteboarding. Each topic was with different team members.
