They started by an easy task then an HR interview and after that a medium to hard task then the technical interview and after that the job offer will go through the process

Interview
the interview is just based on if the "CEO" likes you or not, the first interview is a 5 minutes zoom meeting, then you spend a full 8 hours or more doing a task at their headquarters, then you go into the CEO's office and he asks you an iq question, the interview is just a waste of time and he will take the one that is not technically good only the ones that he likes, its a joke actually, and there's a senior in the office that is not polite or decent at all
