Enphase Energy interview questions

I successfully got through my campus placement process and attended an interview for a hardware engineer position. The overall difficulty level of the interview was moderate, with a balanced mix of technical and conceptual questions.

The interview was smooth and quick only because they wanted to close the role ASAP. The pay offered was Pathetic and major part of the pay was focused on ESOPS. What good is Esop if the company's share price is at an all time low and there is no signs of benifit. I would suggest to not take up the offer as it's definitely not worth it especially if the fixed component is low.
