I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enroll America (New York, NY)
Interview
I had submitted my resume and application through email and heard back withing a week or two. I had a phone interview with the regional organizer about a week after that and then I had an interview with the state organizing lead over Skype a few days later. The interviews were relaxed and casual, which was nice. Things went pretty quickly.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enroll America (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
I had to go through 3 phone interviews. The first phone interview was with the person who would be my direct supervisor, in essence the assistant director. I was later called and asked for availability with director in charge of all community directors. This interview was more intense than the first one. I later received a phone call from the state director, this was also done over the phone. I did have to call back a week later to find out what was going on, I was told they were deciding on candidates. I later received the phone call offering me the position and then I received an email offer.
