First interview is great, super friendly and just getting a grasp of who you are. Just overall learning about the company and role. Interest in Entergy and why you want to work there.
Ignored after the interview and never responded. The recruiter never replied. The role was open for 3 months after my interview. I don't think they actually wanted to hire anyone

The interview process was a three step process. The first interview was with hiring manager, then behavioral interview panel, lastly with the director and VP of the department of the position I was interviewing for

Web based interview for analyst position. Asked several behavior questions. "Tell me about a time when..." Overall, it was very formal and the interviewers did little to put me at ease.
