I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Bank & Trust
Interview
After applying online, I received an email a few days later for the initial HR screening interview. The interviewer asked maybe three basic questions, and the call lasted about 10-15 minutes. They mentioned that my experience aligned with the role and said they would discuss with the hiring manager and get back to me later in the week. It has now been a month, and I have not heard back or received any communication since that interview.
I believe there was a gap between my salary expectations and what the role paid, as the tone of the call shifted after the salary discussion. Once I shared my salary range, the interview essentially ended, and I wasn’t asked any further questions or given the opportunity to ask my own. Overall, the experience was fine and cordial, but I do feel that if salary was the main issue, including the range in the job posting would have saved everyone’s time.
