I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Community Partners (Washington, DC) in Sept 2022
Interview
Overall, a positive experience. I only had 2 interviews and was told up front that if I was called back for a second interview that it meant I was the only candidate in the running.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you were asked to modernize processes.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Community Partners (Bowie, MD) in Oct 2021
Interview
My Initial phone call was with the hiring manager and my virtual interview was with the hiring manager, VP, and another team member. Initially, I appreciated working directly with the hiring manager instead of HR but now I wish I could’ve started my process with HR because the hiring manager contacted me, conducted my interview, and even checked my references without mentioning that the position was much lower than the desired salary I indicated on my job application & it was actually even 10k less than what I make now. My advice to Enterprise is to allow HR to have initial contact with candidates if hiring manager is unable to discuss or disclose salary details. It was frustrating and quite disappointing to have a month long process for a position that I couldn’t accept due to salary not meeting expectations. My advice to potential candidates is if salary is not mentioned prior to Enterprise checking references, be brave and initiate the conversation because you do not want to get to final offer and find out the salary will not meet your financial needs.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Enterprise Community Partners
Interview
Great! The staff are super friendly, kind and considerate of candidates. The process did take a long time, but I think most of this was due to the pandemic moreso than anything else.
