I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (New Malden, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
3 step interview process. Initial screening call which took about 15 minutes asking very basic questions such as why management, do you have a driving license etc. I then got invited to zoom interview which was around 30 minutes with a recruiter discussing lots of customer experience questions, for example what do you think good customer service is and then what do you do you think excellent customer service experience is and how do you deal with difficult customers. She then invited me to a in branch interview and the end of the zoom interview. The I branch interview is 3 hours, the first 2 hours you spend in the office, overlooking another staff member. Everyone was super nice and I felt comfortable after the first 10 minutes. I then was interviewed for about 30 mins by the branch manager, who asked similar questions to the zoom interview, it was an easier interview experience. Overall, everyone at the new Malden branch was really nice and was a comfortable experience.
