15 minute phone interview and then a 30 minute in person. Typical entry level questions. Took me around shop. Easy enough interview and everyone was super kind. Said I'd receive an offer by a certain day if they wanted to hire me.
Interview
Interview begins with going over basic info and basic questions. Then moves on to more questions about your previous work experiences and future goals. After talking about yourself, they will review some procedures to follow when cleaning cars and how to navigate the site. The interview ends with any questions the interviewee may have for the HR.

Phone conversation was brief, she asked multiple questions. I then asked her questions, she told me the pay and described duties and hours. I was pleased with this process. I enjoy phone interviews.
