Applied online and received an email from that a recruiter would contact me soon. set up my phone interview and interviewed with that recruiter. I did not have strong sales experience which I believe affected the outcome.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
