The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Apr 2012
Interview
Interviewed at the companies open house event. The first interview was a breeze, if you review the questions other people have posted and go prepared you won't have any real issues. The second interview was with an area sales manager and someone from HR. It was a little bit awkward, they didn't seem to be particularly practiced at interviewing together. Enterprise is looking for career employees, they don't want to be a stepping stone for you to go else were so make sure you emphasize that you are at least willing to stay long term.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
