I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I met one of their HR person at a hiring event and was contacted on the phone for brief questions about my resume then was asked to sign up for an interview through their system. I interviewed with the same HR manager I met at the hiring event then she advanced me to the second round at the local branch for branch observation and interview with the area and branch manager. A week later the area manager called and extended the offer.
Tell me about a time questions like when you had to make a difficult sale, when you went out of your way to help a customer, when you succeeded/failed, didn’t achieve your goal and how you handled it, what you learned from it, when you couldn’t make a sale, when you had to fight to get your point across..

Interview
Good interview the lady was very nice and asked some basic questions first and once we connected and talked more she began testing my mind a little bit more. overall a great experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
