      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Saskatoon, SK) in Feb 2017

      Interview

Applied online. Received an email from HR dept stating they were going to look at other applicants after 1 day. I asked for feedback as to why they thought I couldn't handle a driving job. They replied back saying that they had disqualified me for not filling out the application in entirety. They stated they would reconsider again if I filled it out. I think that doing things like applying for work online makes the world an easier place to seek employment. However....I uploaded my details to their application system using my LinkedIn profile. After that some of the application was pre-filled out. I also uploaded my current resume and attached it. You need to look at their online application carefully. Many of the fields are "necessary" BUT the system lets you proceed to the end without really saying that. Confusing. It seems rather redundant to have to attach a current resume and then fill in the exact same info that is on your resume. The end result was that I received a pre-screen phone interview and was invited to show up for an interview the next day. The branch manager in my case was nice enough, but english was not his first language and as such it was a bit hard to navigate the interview. He has some sort of sheet there as an interview guide, but didn't seem to even bother with the first side, flipping it over the minute we sat down and only browsing the back side of the sheet. Interview lasted maybe 15 mins tops and I thought it went very well. As I prepared to leave, he said some things that made me feel like I was going to get the job....such as "I am sure you will hear from HR once I hand this back", and "when you come back, park in our airport parking lot and come inside, we will working on figuring out the parking situation so you won't have to pay next time". He even asked for my cell number and put it into his phone as a contact. As someone with a background in management as well, I wouldn't say or do those types of things to a prospective employee unless you were 100% sure you were going to hire that individual. At any rate, I waited approx. 5 days and got an email from the HR dept that they had moved on and were looking at other candidates. If you are desperate like I am for employment at the moment you could take your chances with this company but after going through this, I wouldn't. The pay for this position here in Canada is like $10.92 per hour and only 24-32 hours per week.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (New York, NY) in Nov 2015

      Interview

Applied online and got a call within a few days asking for an in-person interview with the local manager. Interview was quick and easy, manager was forgiving and lax. About a week later, I got an e-mail congratulating me on my new position. Subsequently, I got a call from the HR department requesting me to come in and fill out tax forms (w-4 and others). The whole process felt very informal and friendly.
